Waldorf Ford in Maryland has won the Ford Motor Company's Triple Crown Award for exceptional customer service for last year, according to a post on the Waldorf Ford website.
Waldorf also won the Presidents' Award from Ford.
“We’re so proud of our team for acquiring such a prestigious award as a result of their outstanding customer service, for the 10th time. It’s a huge honor, and we couldn’t be more impressed with our staff,” Steve Raley, general manager of Waldorf Ford, said in the release.
This is Waldorf's tenth time winning the Triple Crown Award.
Waldorf Ford also ranked among the top 100 Ford dealers for the year in terms of total sales. and has placed in the top 100 for sales 13 times, according to a post on the dealership's website.
