The National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Expo began today and will continue through Saturday and feature multiple vendors related to the automotive sector, including Zurich.

Head of Direct Markets for Zurich North America Vince Santivasi said the evolving demands of the auto industry have allowed the company to thrive in a competitive market.

"It is exciting to think about how much automotive history we as a company have witnessed firsthand," Santivasi said on Zurich's website. "As the auto industry has evolved, so too have the needs of auto dealerships. We have developed new and innovative products and services over the past 100 years and are proud to have been, and continue to be, evolving along with our auto dealer customers as new needs emerge."

The 2022 NADA show is happening in Las Vegas, and the leading Finance & Insurance and Property & Casualty company, Zurich, will be on hand in honor of its 100th year in operation.

In 1981, Zurich acquired Universal Underwriters, which was established in Kansas City, Missouri, in 1922, allowing the insurance organization to be the first to provide a single package policy for premium billing for car dealerships on a monthly time frame. The company also provides an array of Finance & Insurance goods for dealerships to boost the bottom line on each sale, along with Property & Casualty insurance choices to safeguard dealerships and their resources.

In celebration of hitting the century mark, Zurich is launching the Acts of Caring initiative, during which the company will finish 100 acts of compassion through voluntary or monetary donations by the end of the year.

“Our investment in Eden Village of Kansas City is in honor of Zurich’s 100 years of service to auto dealers, service that began in Kansas City,” Santivasi said on Zurich's website. “Helping to build and sustain our communities is as important today as it was 100 years ago. This is one way we look forward to our next 100 years and contributing to the communities where we live and work.”

The NADA car show will feature 500 organizations that will premier numerous products to be utilized in the automotive sector, along with more than 100 workshops and training conferences to facilitate understanding of the automotive industry.
