AutoNation has appointed Marc Cannon as executive vice president and chief customer experience officer, effective April 29, 2020.
Prior to this new role, Cannon was previously AutoNation’s chief marketing officer, executive vice president of Brand Marketing, customer service, AutoNation.com, communications and public policy since January 2017.
Technology will be added to Cannon’s responsibility while he continues to lead brand, advertising, marketing, ecommerce, customer relations and communications.
Armed with his skills in providing new ideas and other innovative methods and designs, he has contributed to the development of customer-focused digital experiences and has played an important role in the company’s growth.
