Continental Motors honored again by Automotive News

Illinois' Continental Motors Group was recently listed among the top 125 dealer groups in the nation by Automotive News for the 12th consecutive year.

“We credit this success to our continual effort in trying to constantly improve the car-buying and service experience, while never sacrificing customer care,” the company recently posted on its website. “Each and every day, the employees at Continental Motors Group strive to maintain the highest operating standards, customer-satisfaction cores and overall business performance possible.”

The dealership ranked No. 118 on the Automotive News Top 125 list for 2019.

Topping the list of some of its most prestigious awards is the Honda President’s Award that Continental Honda has won six times over the last decade, the Dealer of Distinction Award claimed by Continental Acura at least 20 times and the Toyota President’s Award previously won by Continental Toyota Scion.

In addition, Continental Audi, Continental Nissan and Continental Mitsubishi have all bagged excellence awards for their vehicles.

“It is more than a way of doing business,” the company stated. “It’s a way of interacting with people and treating them the way we like to be treated ourselves. It is paying attention to the small details. It is getting to personally know our customers and understanding their needs and lifestyles before recommending a new or used car.”

Continental Motors is a new and used auto dealer group serving Chicago and many of its surrounding communities. The dealership has been in operation for nearly six decades, first opening for business in 1961 when John and Herman Weinberger opened for business in the form of a foreign car repair shop in Lyons.
