Asbury Automotive Group, Inc will hold its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders at 8 a.m. EST April 21 virtually to ensure the safety of the stockholders, employees, and the public from COVID-19.
The online annual meeting, which is exclusive to registered stockholders and beneficial owners, can be accessed through www.meetingcenter.io/232430288.
Attendees should have a control number and use the password, ABG2020, to access the remote meeting.
Control numbers for stockholders are found on the proxy card they have previously received.
Beneficial owners should secure a legally valid proxy from their broker, bank or other nominee and should be emailed to Computershare at legalproxy@computershare.com using "Legal Proxy" in the subject line. The deadline for requests for registration is 5 p.m. EST April 16.
