David Wyler, president of the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family, said in a recent Facebook live video that the auto industry may not be doing good at the moment because of the current COVID-19 outbreak, but the restaurant industry has it worse.
On Tuesday, Wyler ordered lunch for more than 100 employees at the company's corporate office in Cincinnati, Ohio and pledged to continue purchasing from local restaurants every single day in a show of support until the restaurant industry opens back up.
"It's the least that we can do," Wyler said. "We're in this together. We’re in this fight together. And I know a lot of people out there are struggling. It’s not about selling cars right now today. Hopefully, this could put a smile on your face."
