AutoNation Toyota Tempe is currently hiring for a finance and insurance manager.
The finance and insurance manager is generally expected to make credit decisions, submit deals to AutoNation lenders for approval and help bridge the gaps in the sales process.
The successful finance and insurance manager also is expected to welcome clients to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process, provide an outstanding customer experience to drive loyalty, establish customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview process, process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations, as well as set and achieve targeted sales goals.
Qualifications for the role include being able to demonstrate communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills; being highly detail-oriented and organized, and holding a high school diploma or equivalent.
