Balise Motor Sales is currently looking for a dealer service manager who would be responsible for developing and leading a high-performance team committed to providing outstanding customer service.
The dealer service manager is expected to deliver in the following areas: operations, leadership and coaching, and customer service. He or she will be required to occasionally travel to attend meetings and offsite training.
Interested applicants should have a proven track record of success with 5 years of experience as a service adviser and/or technician and 2 years of experience in a service supervisory role. Additional skills and qualifications include having a valid in-state driver’s license and high school diploma or equivalent. A candidate with a college degree and experience with CDK dealer management would have an advantage.
