General Motors is implementing the full suite of products from Gubagoo, a conversational commerce solutions provider for automotive dealerships and manufacturers, into its Dealer Digital Solution Program.
A GM dealer implementing Gubagoo’s technology that includes its flagship service Chatsmart will be able to receive financial support from the manufacturer as sales in-market retail-matching funds. Chatsmart is a managed chat through a wide range of platforms that allows dealerships to join chats live from anywhere.
The GM program will also include Gubagoo's Facebook Marketplace, which features used inventory and handles chat inquiries via Facebook Messenger.
"Both General Motors and Gubagoo share a commitment to providing customers with a great experience,"Gubagoo CEO Brad Title said in a press release. "Our team and our products combine to create the best customer-facing experience in the industry."
Gubagoo's technology will be available through the GM Dealer Digital Solution Program in the succeeding months.
