Twin Cities Honda dealers association hits $100,000 in donations

The Greater Twin Cities Honda Dealers Association (GTCHDA), which is comprised of nine Honda dealerships serving the greater Twin Cities area, recently celebrated its milestone of achieving $100,000 in donations to local schools through its "Life is Better Thanks to Greater Twin Cities Honda Dealers" campaign.

A $5,000 donation from Luther St. Cloud Honda to Westwood Elementary School brought GTCHDA’s total to $100,000.

“This is an incredible milestone for our organization," said Kyle Allison, GM of Luther Hopkins Honda and President of GTCHDA. "We are so proud of what this campaign has done, and we hope to continue this long into the future."

The donations have helped provide books, school supplies, computers, athletic equipment, support academic enrichment programs and more.              

Some of the schools that GTCHDA has helped include Alice Smith Elementary School, Baxter Elementary School, Centerville Elementary School, Eden Lake Elementary School, Fair Oaks Elementary School, Garfield Elementary School, Harding High School, Kaposia Education Center, L.H. Tanglen Elementary School, Madison Elementary School, Nisswa Elementary School, Peter Hobart Elementary, Richfield Middle School, Vadnais Heights Elementary School and Westwood Elementary School.
