Indigo Auto Group acquires three more franchises in Northern California

The indiGO Auto Group recently announced that it has acquired Audi Marin, Porsche Marin and a Volkswagen franchise in Marin County, California.

The acquisition adds to indiGO Auto Group's 15-plus franchised locations in California, Missouri and Texas, representing various brands including Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Jaguar, Lamborghini, Land Rover, McLaren, Porsche, Rolls-Royce and Volkswagen.

"Marin County is one of the most beautiful and desirable communities in the United States," indiGO Auto Group Founder and CEO Todd Blue said in a press release. "With the acquisitions of Porsche Marin, Audi Marin and now Volkswagen, our indiGO team, led by our president Kelly Wolf, sees these communities as a perfect match for the indiGO Auto Group, bringing the indiGO way to this area and these brands which we are so honored to represent."

The Porsche, Audi and Volkswagen franchises in Mill Valley and San Rafael, California were formerly owned by Peter Sonnen and the Sonnen family.

"We envision many exciting opportunities to demonstrate how we will thoughtfully develop a new kind of automobile ownership for discerning clients in the San Francisco Bay Area," Blue continued in the release. "With indiGO Auto Group having firm roots in California for many years now, I believe we will bring a fresh and new perspective to automotive retail in Northern California, especially with the changing landscape in mobility."
