The Volvo XC60 has been declared as the overall winner of AutoPacific's 2019 Ideal Vehicle Awards (IVA).
Vehicles were selected by owners of new model-year cars and trucks purchased from September through December 2018, based on AutoPacific's national New Vehicle Satisfaction Survey. Volvo was also named as 2018’s Most Ideal Premium Brand, while Ram ranked as 2019’s Most Ideal Brand Overall and Most Ideal Popular Brand.
"The IVAs speak to a vehicle's layout and design," AutoPacific president George Peterson said in a press release. "Giving owners a chance to tell us what they would change and how they would change it reveals which vehicles are best designed to meet their needs and expectations."

The survey was conducted from January to May 2019 with 50,000 owners of new vehicles across all major manufacturers as respondents.
