Frost and Sullivan webinar to provide insights on digital transformation of the automotive retail industry

Frost and Sullivan's Mobility Division will be hosting an interactive webinar at 9 a.m. EDT on Sept. 26 that will discuss growth opportunities and digital trends across the automotive retail industry.

Entitled, "Digital Transformation of the Automotive Retail Industry: What You Need to Know Now," the webinar will be led by mobility division vice president Julia Saini and principal consultant Yeswant Abhimanyu. The pair will be discussing the topics mentioned above topics as well as answering the following key questions that are significant in the global automotive e-retail market:

1. How do regional preferences impact the plan to promote vehicle online retail selling – in both new and used cars, aftersales, services and financing?

2 Which companies must consider realigning their strategies to incorporate digital retail efforts and a customer-focused approach?

3.  What are the digital key performance indicators and digital roles that influence automotive retail as businesses undergo digital transformation?

"By 2020, over 1 million vehicles will have been sold online," Saini said in a press release. "At the current rate of adoption, online vehicle sales are expected to comprise 5 percent of global vehicle sales by 2025, with China as a leading market."

The webinar will be recorded and available for on-demand viewing.
