Automotive marketing research and product-consulting firm AutoPacific has released the result of its 2019 Vehicle Satisfaction Awards, with Lincoln and Ram topping the list.
VSA’s 23rd year has listed Lincoln and Ram as the leading premium and popular brands, respectively, and Nissan with the most winning vehicles.
“For 23 years, AutoPacific has been providing true unbiased insight into which vehicles are giving their owners the most satisfying experience," AutoPacific president George Peterson said.
The VSA gathered respondents to rate several attributes for significance in the purchase and satisfaction after consumer purchase resulting in scores which represent a full view of the ownership experience.
