CarMD finds Washington, D.C. has highest check engine light-related repair costs

CarMD.com Corporation recently published its State Repair Cost Ranking. The report is part of the 2019 CarMD Vehicle Health Index and identifies which states had the highest and lowest cost in 2018 in terms of check engine light-related car repairs.

Data showed that the District of Columbia has the highest average repair cost ($414.02) for the second consecutive year, and Ohio has the lowest average repair cost ($354.24).
