Audi Germany, Salesforce work together on customer experience

Audi Germany and Salesforce are teaming up to provide Audi car shoppers and owners an enhanced full cycle customer experience with “Functions-on-Demand.”

Audi’s “Function-on-Demand” brings a flexible solution to improve customer experience as it allows Audi owners to customize their vehicles by being able to temporarily or permanently acquire optional equipment and services. Salesforce strengthens the connection between Audi and its clients by giving them a platform to process what the customer needs and Audi to respond to these needs using the same platform with personalized services. Vehicle owners are given the flexibility to request special equipment like infotainment or driver-assistance system.
