Autosoft, Inc. has received multiple recognitions in the 13th annual Stevie Awards.
The dealer management system provider has proudly received four honors in the Technology Industries category in the 13th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service Excellence.
Company staff members were recognized with Angie Fair, customer support center representative, winning Front-Line Customer Service Professional of the Year Silver; Taylor Rivera, accounting support team lead, as Young Customer Service Professional of the Year Silver; the Autosoft dedicated chat team winning Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year Bronze; and the customer support center Contact Center of the Year (Up to 100 Seats) Silver.
Autosoft president and CEO Bryce Veon said he was delighted in knowing that they had once again been acknowledged with several Stevie awards.
“Our ultimate goal is to provide a powerful platform that will improve our customers' dealerships and the customer service that will support our dealers. The awards were presented during a gala event at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
