The California New Car Dealers Association (CNCDA) has partnered with One View to improve document management in the dealership industry.

“CNCDA is excited to announce our new partnership with One View,” CNCDA President Brian Maas said. "We are eager to assist in facilitating our members’ ability to enhance their back-office production by streamlining and simplifying their electronic documentation workflow."

The partnership will assist more than 1,200 CNCDA’s franchised new car dealers across California.

“By automating manual documentation processes, dealerships can reduce filing expenses, secure documents, and improve employee efficiency, ultimately driving overall dealership back-office productivity,” One View CEO David DeHaven said. “We are excited to work in partnership with CNCDA to enable their members to navigate the growing needs of document retention by being able to reduce back-office expenses; without having to print/store documentation the dealer saves time and money.”

In addition to improving the dealership’s document management and filing solutions, customers will also benefit from the partnership by providing them a simplified workflow and giving them the independence to use their data.
