Walser Automotive Group, a pioneer in the automotive industry that has been around for over 60 years, is expanding with the construction of its newest Subaru dealership in South St. Paul, Minnesota.
The new Subaru store will be in the north of Interstate 494 in South St. Paul just west of Concord Street, on Walser’s former vehicle reconditioning center.
The center’s demolition started approximately three months ago and the completion of the new Subaru dealership store is targeted for September. RJM Construction, which has been selected to complete the erection of Walser’s next Subaru location, expects walls to be erected this month.
The new South St. Paul Subaru branch is designed to have a 45,000-square-foot facility with 26 service bays built on a 10-acre site. The Walser Subaru dealership in Burnsville, Minnesota will continue to operate.
