Ford's Toney, Cadillac's Wahl to headline J.D. Power Auto Summit

The full-day J.D. Power Auto Summit is scheduled for Jan. 24 at the Marriott Marquis in San Francisco to coincide with the 2019 NADA Show.

The summit will feature a handpicked group of speakers and panelists to deliver new insights into the rising and developing trends in automotive retail, including a comprehensive summary of how each of the 30 franchises is performing in the U.S. market based on J.D. Power’s U.S. Automotive Franchise Assessment results. Attendees are also presented with the opportunity to connect with the key leaders.

Keynote speakers are Frederiek Toney, president of the Ford customer service division, and Deborah Wahl, Cadillac’s global chief marketing officer. 

Dealers, third-party vendors, website operators, OEMs, suppliers, financers, insurance, researcher/analytics consultants, agencies/software companies, dealer associations, news media, and ad agency staff are encouraged to attend and can contact J.D Power for reservations.
