DealerSocket has announced that Steve Anenen, a seasoned automotive industry leader, joins its board of directors.

Anenen was with CDK Global (previously ADP Dealer Services Group) for more than 25 years, where he grew revenues to more than $2 billion as leader of its Dealer Services division.

“DealerSocket’s mission to drive the future of automotive, along with its incredible growth, success, and dedicated executive team made the decision to join the company’s board of directors an easy one,” Anenen said. “I have been extremely impressed with DealerSocket’s software and customer-centric approach, and I’m looking forward to offering strategic insights and guidance as DealerSocket continues to innovate with their software and provide superior service that helps dealerships grow their business.”

DealerSocket President and CEO Sejal Pietrzak said Anenen deeply understands the automotive industry, auto dealers, and the importance of software in helping grow their business.

“Steve will play an integral role on our board as we continue to innovate and launch best-in-class software," Pietrzak said. "He will also be a valuable strategic adviser on our long-term growth strategy.”
