There are lots in the market; it’s just a matter of which vehicle suits you best. Here is a list of SUV vehicles that cost less than $25,000 but have AWD or 4x4 capabilities.
***The Jeep Renegade is a popular choice in the Rocky Mountain region and placed ninth as the most popular vehicles in Wyoming. The “Sport” trim level costs $21,595 MSRP, while the one with 2.4L engine and nine-Speed auto transmission costs $22,925 MSRP.
***The Fiat 500X, which is equipped with AWD, 2.4L engine, and 9-speed automatic transmission. It starts at $23,890 MSRP.
***The Ford Ecosport just recently been released in the US market for 2018. It is a subcompact crossover SUV with 2.0L engine and intelligent 4WD. The Ford Ecosport starts at $21,590 MSRP for the AWD EcoSport S.
***The Volkswagen Tiguan Limited is also included in the list, which has a 2.0L engine, six-speed auto transmission, and with 200 horsepower. It slightly costs a little over $25,000 -- at $25,125 MSRP with a six-year/72,000-mile-bumper-to-bumper and powertrain warranty.
***The Chevrolet Trax is also included in the list. It features 10 airbags, a 1.4L turbo engine, and 6-speed automatic transmission. It starts at $23,495 MSRP for the 2018 Trax in AWD.
***The Jeep Compass, which has 2.4L engine and starts at $22,595 MSRP in 4x4 Sport trim.
Other vehicles to consider under the $25,000 mark include the Volkswagen SportWagen and Alltrack, Subaru Forester and Crosstrek, Ford Escape, Jeep Cherokee, Chevrolet Equinox, and Dodge Journey.
