Leonardtown Ford in Leonardtown, Maryland likes to stay engaged in its community.

“We've done a lot of work with hospice, as well as sponsoring some Little League teams in the area,” General Manager Mike Lewis told Mega Dealer News recently. “We’ve supported some high school sports, too.”

Lewis and the rest of the management team understand the importance of being involved in the local area.

“It's a quiet, nice community,” Lewis said of the Leonardtown area and St. Mary's County.

Lewis is new to the dealership but familiar with the area, having gone to college at nearby St. Mary's. Although he's only been there a month and a half, Lewis is immersed in the workings of the dealership and what goes on every day.

One strength he mentioned is the dealership’s online reputation.

“The analytics are just tremendous,” Lewis said, also touting Leonardtown Ford's high scores from the manufacturer.

At the Leonardtown Ford office on Point Lookout Road, just down the street from the hardware store, the dealership offers a convenient sales location for Leonardtown residents, as well as folks from areas as far away as Colton's Point, White Point Beach, Maddox or Mechanicsville – or anywhere else around the St. Mary’s peninsula.
