The 2018 Dodge Durango SRT, which just won Crossover of the Year by the Rocky Mountain Automotive Press (RMAP), was the subject of a recent blog post by Fremont Motor Company.
Fremont shared a recent article by Lauren Baures on its blog post highlighting the recent automotive award that was presented at the 2018 Denver Auto Show.
The Durango SRT is the fastest 3rd-row vehicle on the market today and boasts 1/4 mile in 12.9 seconds and is the best in class for towing up to 8,700 pounds," according to Baures' blog post. She said the Durango SRT is not only impressive for its speed but also for its practicality.
"A muscle car that’s also a family vehicle and extremely practical," Baures states.
"One of the reasons it may just be a great vehicle also for the rocky mountain region is the ‘snow’ mode," Baures writes. "Yes, that's right, you CAN have all that power, all those seats, AWD and a mode for driving in snow."
Rocky Mountain Press Association President David Muramoto who presented the award at the auto show said the latest SRT was "impressive to RMAP voters."
