Jazel Automotive Solutions has been creating customer-centric websites since 2003.

“We want to make sure that’s the same experience that you’re getting online as you’re getting in the showroom,” Jazel President Jay Rhodus told Mega Dealer News. “We focus on the actual customer, not what's going to sell to a dealer.”

Rhodus said part of the user experience is speed.

“We make it easy to find the cars, we make it super super fast, we make beautiful websites that are compelling,” he said. “If you can’t find it, you can’t sell it. The faster a user finds it, the faster we sell it.”

Jazel helps shoppers find cars fast by using things such as tier tech search.

“[It is] our real search product that works just like Amazon, works just like Google; a true algorithmic search, ways that you can find anything on your PDP you’ll be able to find on our website,” Rhodus said. “We put it right it front of your website so it’s not just a menu.”

Rhodus said the company also does things like behavior-based targeting.

“If you're a Mustang person, we’re not going to show you F-150 specials. We’re going to show you Mustang specials,” Rhodus said. “If you go to schedule service, the next time you come back you might see a deal on brake pads or tires or whatever it deals. Now you go shopping for a Mustang, you’re going to get a Shelby ad, you’re going to see the best APR, the most popular cash back... whatever it is.”

Rhodus said Jazel has worked with over 300 dealerships and is rapidly growing.

Among those are the largest buyer and seller of automobiles in the world; the No. 1 Ford dealer in the world; the No. 1 Ford dealer in Texas; the No. 2 Mustang dealer; and the No. 2 Honda dealer. Customers have praised Jazel for its customization, true partnership, seamless transition process and superior support model.
