Ron Marhofer Mitsubishi has established an online service scheduler to help clients make car service appointments faster.
The Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio-based Mitsubishi dealership said the online platform is designed to eliminate the need to put customers on hold while employees verify the availability of the chosen appointment time.
The program helps customers navigate the scheduler quickly and book an appointment without having to wait.
