Ross Sutton, the general manager of Fremont Motors Casper in Wyoming, and his recently participated in the Natrona County Junior Livestock Sale held by 4-H and Future Farmers of America (FFA) at the Central Wyoming Fairgrounds.

Hundreds of children attended and brought their animals to the event, which is a great way for the youth to learn budgeting and responsibility, a Fremont Motors blog posting said.

Sutton's children brought steers and lambs, with one of the lambs being a Grand Champion, to the sale. Sutton said that the event helps unite businesses in the community and has a positive impact on the local economy, the posting said.

Sutton and his family purchased several animals at the sale. He plans to donate the animals' meat to service organizations throughout the community, such as Meals on Wheels, Central Wyoming Senior Services and the Youth Crisis Center, the posting said. He said he is a longtime donor of Meals on Wheels, but that he will be donating to the Youth Crisis Center for the first time this year.
