Gillman Subaru employees share hope with cancer patients

Gillman Subaru Houston employees teamed up with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) recently to help bring joy to cancer patients at Houston Methodist Hospital.

Gillman invited visitors to the dealership to write personalized, hopeful messages for cancer patients. Those that wrote messages received a bracelet from Subaru and LLS to help increase awareness of the organization and of Subaru's efforts to be a positive force in the community, a Gillman release said.

Gillman employees delivered the handwritten messages along with blankets and craft supplies to hospital patients undergoing cancer treatment.

This special project was part of the Subaru Love Promise program which aims to respect everyone and spread a message of love and hope throughout the community. Every year, Gillman participates in a Subaru "Share the Love" event to give back to others.
