With five locations throughout the Philadelphia area, Reedman-Toll Auto Group specializes in the sales of new, pre-owned and certified pre-owned cars, trucks and SUVs, not to mention their service and parts capabilities, making the group a force to be reckoned with.

Headed by President Bill O'Flanagan, the dealership aims to provide customers will the full range of services needed over the lifespan of their car. Reedman-Toll's dedication to providing customers with options that they can afford and enjoy for years to come has helped place the dealership on the map in terms of customer satisfaction and retention. The dealership also recommends warranties, not for personal gain, rather for the good of the customer.

"Kind of like health insurance for people, you really want to have it," O'Flanagan told Mega Dealer News. "By trying to sell warranties to everybody who's not leasing, the goal is really to make it hassle-free ownership."

O'Flanagan said the dealership, as a vendor of Zurich F&I products, is able to meet the basic and complex needs of the customer with the wide range of solutions available.

Owning a car is expensive, but at Reedman-Toll customers are given the best deals that are on the market.

"What we try to do is to make that expense as palatable as possible," O'Flanagan said in terms of how the dealership is able to retain customers.

At Reedman-Toll, customers are encouraged to use their warranties, a point not emphasized enough by car manufacturers, O'Flanagan said. The dealership even takes steps to make owning a warranty more of a reality for individuals.

"We give a two-year free maintenance plan on every used car that we sell and we double that maintenance to four years if you buy a warranty," O"Flanagan said.
