"Kind of like health insurance for people, you really want to have it," O'Flanagan told Mega Dealer News. "By trying to sell warranties to everybody who's not leasing, the goal is really to make it hassle-free ownership."
O'Flanagan said the dealership, as a vendor of Zurich F&I products, is able to meet the basic and complex needs of the customer with the wide range of solutions available.

"What we try to do is to make that expense as palatable as possible," O'Flanagan said in terms of how the dealership is able to retain customers.

"We give a two-year free maintenance plan on every used car that we sell and we double that maintenance to four years if you buy a warranty," O"Flanagan said.
