Bronx-based Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram said it has been awarded a 2017 Customer First Award for Excellence certification from Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.
The Customer First Award for Excellence recognizes dealerships that are noted for customer service and top sales, Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram said in a release.
The dealership, which was among 387 recipients of the award out of 2,600 such dealerships nationwide, celebrated with an awards ceremony for all management and staff.
"We're especially proud of this award as it is a testament to the people who work here. I very much look forward to honoring and celebrating with those who made it happen," Brian Dennis, owner of Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, said in the release.
The Customer First Award for Excellence was created in partnership with J.D. Power to help improve customer satisfaction based on experience with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships and their employees.
