The 2017 Chrysler 200 has earned the top safety rating of five stars from the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, a press release on the Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram website said.
The Chrysler 200 has also been named an Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) Top Safety Pick+, the release said.
The Chrysler 200 has built-in safety technology to help prevent accidents. Adaptive cruise control keeps a safe distance from other vehicles while a blind-spot monitoring system alerts the driver about vehicles that may be in the blind spot.
The 200 also a strong steel frame and eight standard airbags to help keep drivers and passengers safe in the event of an accident.
